Refund Eligibility
- Player Refunds may be granted under specific circumstances.
- Please read the Player Refund Policy carefully prior to requesting a refund.
What Can Be Refunded
- Only the Moorabbin Magic registration fee (or part of it) is eligible for refund by the club.
- The club will request a refund on your behalf for other fees (e.g. MBA Stadium fee) from the MBA.
Refund Payment Dates – Summer 2026/2027
Refunds will be processed during the following weeks:
- Week commencing 7 September 2026
- Week commencing 5 October 2026
- Week commencing 2 November 2026
- Week commencing 1 December 2026
Important Instructions
- Request your refund in the Player Refund Form
- Submit your refund request at least 1 week before the scheduled payment dates.
- Do not contact the club regarding your refund until after these payment dates.
