Push-Up Challenge 2022
The Physical Goal:
3139 push-ups in 24 days (June 1 – 24, 2022) either individually or as a team.
The significance of 3139:
Sadly, the 3139 represents the number of Australians who lost their lives to suicide in 2020.
The Overall Goal:
To highlight mental health, to provide a starting point to open a dialogue into this sometimes taboo subject, and potentially raise some money towards these great charities: Lifeline, Movember and Push for Better Foundation (donations are not mandatory, participation and starting the conversation are just as important).
